Orders placed through our website are fulfilled via trusted courier services, and we do not offer an in-person collection service. This allows us to provide a consistent and secure delivery experience for all customers.
UK delivery is free on all orders, with a typical lead time of 5–7 working days from payment processing. Orders are shipped using fully tracked courier services such as FedEx, DPD, or UPS, selected based on the item and delivery requirements.
For security reasons, we are unable to change delivery addresses once payment has been processed, except where payment has been made by bank transfer. This policy helps protect both our customers and our business against fraud.
