About us
Norwich Cameras is a UK-based camera specialist, established in 2017 and operating from Poringland, just south of Norwich.
The Norwich Cameras website and brand are owned and operated by Neat Commerce Limited. Our UK team provides marketing, customer service, returns and after-sales support for photographers and videographers across the UK. Our focus has always been simple: great products, clear communication, and reliable service.
Our roots are in a family camera shop. In 1995, our founder Ben's father opened Foto Options in Attleborough, Norfolk, offering photographic retail, photo processing and studio photography. Ben worked in the shop from the day it opened, learning first-hand what photographers need and how they like to be looked after.
He went on to spend 14 years in electronics distribution, then set up Neat Commerce in 2017 and started Norwich Cameras. Today Norwich Cameras brings both sides together: the practical, knowledgeable, customer-first approach of a family camera shop, and the sourcing experience of international distribution.

To offer competitive pricing and access to a wide range of genuine photographic equipment, products on this website are sold by our international supply partner, Futronix Electronic Limited, a company based in Hong Kong. When you place an order, your contract of sale is with Futronix Electronic Limited, and your payment is collected by Neat Commerce as Futronix’s payment agent.
Neat Commerce Limited supports every order on Futronix's behalf, providing UK-based customer service, returns and after-sales support from before you buy until long after your order arrives.
