Norwich Cameras is a trading division of Neat Commerce Limited. We operate the Norwich Cameras website and provide sales facilitation, payment processing, and customer support from our base just south of Norwich in the UK. The business was established in 2017.

While Norwich Cameras operates as an online business today, our experience in the photographic industry goes back much further. As a family-run business, we have been involved in photographic retail, photo processing, and professional studios since 1995, experience that continues to shape our approach to customer service and product knowledge.

Orders placed through our website are fulfilled via trusted courier services, and we do not offer an in-person collection service. This allows us to provide a consistent and secure delivery experience for all customers.

UK delivery is free on all orders, with a typical lead time of 5–7 working days from payment processing. Orders are shipped using fully tracked courier services such as FedEx, DPD, or UPS, selected based on the item and delivery requirements.

For security reasons, we are unable to change delivery addresses once payment has been processed, except where payment has been made by bank transfer. This policy helps protect both our customers and our business against fraud.
