Box Damage / Light Box Damage

Just damage to the outer cardboard box. Products will still be well packaged for transport and product inside will be in new condition.

Open Box / Wrong Box

Product will have been opened or re-boxed. Products will still be well packaged for transport and product inside will be in new condition.

Grade A

Excellent overall condition. The possibility of only the slightest cosmetic scuffs or marks due to normal use but these will be barely noticeable.

• No dents/indentations
• No deep or noticeable scratches
• No cracked plastics or missing cosmetic items

Grade B

Good overall condition. The unit may have fine scratches and scuffs which you would expect from fair wear and tear on a unit of its age.

• Possibility of minor dents/indentations but these will be barely noticeable
• No deep scratches but there may be minor hairline marks on the chassis casing
• No cracked plastics or missing cosmetic items

Light Cosmetic Damage

The item will be in fully functional condition but is likely to have noticeable cosmetic defects which includes dents, scratches, chips, dead pixels and other imperfections. Please check the product images before purchasing.
